A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a CRM Manager to join a market leading equestrian brand based in Hampshire.
The CRM Manager will work across marketing and ecommerce and take ownership over customer data, identifying opportunities for segmentation, developing customer models, and delivering analysis and insight of customer behaviours and product performance.
To be considered for the CRM Manager role, you must have strong CRM experience from working in a customer data focused role and have a passion for analytics. The company has big plans, so it’s an exciting time to get on board and join them on their growth journey.
This position is office based and the salary is negotiable based on experience level.

duties.
- Help the business understand customer behaviour and provide actionable recommendations through the development of CRM reporting and analysis
- Manipulate customer data and drive segmentation to help shape marketing campaigns and customer communications
- Identify different customer profiles, and carry out optimization of CRM/marketing activities by utilising customer profiling and segmentation
- Evaluate marketing campaign performance and impact
- Development and implementation of RFM & LTV models
- Manage and structure the internal customer data
- Own the eCRM tool and organisation of customer targeting for e-marketing
- Own web and ecommerce analytics – providing insightful analysis to drive performance, marketing effectiveness and improve ROI
- Analysis of the customer journey, and multi-variant tests to support website optimisation

candidate.
- 3+ years’ experience working in a Customer Data focused role
- Experience/knowledge across CRM and ecommerce
- Strong experience of analytics and statistics, with SQL is preferred
- Ability to build segmentation models – Customer Lifetime Value and RFM models
- Experience of Google Analytics
- Passionate about marketing and data
- Background in creating data visualisations and vibrant reporting to drive action
