We are looking for an Ecommerce manager to lead the Ecommerce vision, strategy and objectives to achieve business targets by implementing exceptional digital brand programmes and sales plans to drive consumer demand.
The ideal candidate must be highly motivated, driven and a passionate individual with exceptional communication skills.

duties.
- Deliver exceptional Ecommerce performance, programmes (incl. promotional activity) and working with key stakeholders and external design agencies.
- Manage key Ecommerce business intelligence and insights for effective planning.
- Deliver exceptional onsite digital Merchandising, UX, SEO and technological innovation.
- Work with Finance & Operations team to budget and plan accurate inventory levels through to final mile UX and delivery.
- Ensure high performance of SEO, PPC metrics and excellent promotional (including pricing/added value activities) strategic planning and implementation.
- Continually evaluating new technologies/strategies and updating the DTC platforms appropriately to ensure the brand remains at the forefront of the online arena.
- Regularly optimise the customer journey through the site, action adjustments where required in order to enhance conversion rates.
- Optimise performance analytics including visitor activity, newsletter campaign effectiveness, in-site search engines, linked sales, etc.

- Minimum 5 years’ Ecommerce experience
- Ecommerce Merchandising excellence; including profitable product category management and innovation
- Expert in Ecommerce analytics including Google Analytics
- Sounds knowledge of ECommerce CMS
- Working knowledge of industry standards and requirements e.g. technical limitations, functionality, speed, download, video streaming etc.
- Strong commercial focus on sales and profitable growth
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in digital performance marketing
- Good knowledge Ecommerce site development; technical requirements and aesthetics
- Previous experience of leading and managing a team
