A London based investment banking advisory firm is seeking a talented Executive Assistant to support a team of multiple Executives. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, pro-active and an excellent problem solver.
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for diary management, email management, travel arrangements as well as other administrative duties. We are looking for an individual who is positive, professional and confident.

- Provide an exceptional level of administrative support to the Exec Team, following authorisation procedures at all times
- Manage multiple diaries in order to meet expectation levels and varying priorities
- Organise meetings and travel arrangements, sometimes at short notice
- Support other staff members as and when required
- Present a professional image at all times, both in the office and to Clients
- Maintain an optimistic and positive demeanour and motivate other members of the team, even during difficult times
- Be willing to work in excess of usual working hours when the balance of the Company’s work or allocated responsibilities requires this
- Be prepared to travel within the UK and work outside normal office hours on an ad-hoc basis if required
