A fast-growing IT support consultancy based in Bournemouth are looking for an experienced and commercially focused Marketing and Events Manager.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of running multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns within the IT industry.
You must also be a self-starter who is results driven, thrive on a challenge and have a track record of delivering high value, branded content.
The role offers hybrid working, giving you the flexibility to work between home and their Head Office.

- Lead generation (MQLs) - a critical part of scaling up the business
- Be responsible for managing the marketing budget to deliver ROI targets
- Create and deliver the marketing strategy - use your skills and experience to get the strategy and expected (generally) results
- Design and manage marketing campaigns - use multiple methods and channels to drive leads and engagement
- Manage and measure freelancers and/or agency relationships, ensuring they deliver to our standards and are deliver effective ROI
- Website management - ensure the website represents the brand in the correct manner to drive leads and engagement
- Manage social media channels - enhance the brand and drive actions
- Analyse market trends - know what's going on in the market and target sectors
- Plan and deliver events - from live events with hundreds of people through to online webinars
- Drive the PR - manage communications through the PR agency to enhance the brand and engagement
