Talent Seeker was Founder in 2015 by Matthew Edge-Wilkins.
After a successful career as an award-winning In-House Recruitment Leader, Matthew felt there was a gap in the market for an external Recruitment Partner that championed the best elements of both executive search and in-house recruitment.
We expanded to a team of four and after initially specialising in the property sector, the company started expanding into other sectors including marketing, finance, digital and IT.
We also started recruiting for companies in the charity sector, offering them favourable rates as part of our commitment to CSR.
Due to Covid-19, most of our Clients put their recruitment on hold.
This meant we had to pivot the business and provide recruitment support to companies in sectors that had been unaffected by the pandemic. We were also able to work more closely with our recruitment partner Collaborate Recruitment during this time.
Since the beginning of 2022 our Client’s recruitment needs have grown exponentially.
We have also made significant strides forward in building our marketing and digital client base in London. We are on an exciting growth journey and this is just the beginning...
