Talent Seeker is the leading specialist marketing headhunting firm in the South.

Founded in 2015 and working out of offices in Fordingbridge and Southampton, we recruit for multiple local companies of all sizes in Southampton, Portsmouth, Bournemouth, Poole, Salisbury, Basingtstoke and Winchester. We also recruit for organisations further afield in Woking, Guildford, London, Essex and Lancashire.

Talent Seeker is a trusted recruitment and headhunting partner and one of the few 5* Google rated external recruiters in the region. Talent Seeker will provide you with an outstanding and unique recruitment approach that is friendly, collaborative and professional. We don’t advertise vacancies, as you can do that yourself.  Instead we focus on putting your opportunity, business, brand and culture in front of a highly targeted and matched pool of potential candidates. These means you receive higher candidate quality, and people who really want to work with you and your brand.

Our Founder – Matthew Edge-Wilkins is a former In-house Recruitment & HR Manager – so our culture is based around delivering a best-in-class service, unmatched candidate quality and the formation of long-term partnerships with the clients and HR consultants we work with.  We want you to see us as a seamless extension of your people function, and an integral value-add service to your talent acquisition strategy.

Should your recruitment needs fall outside our specialist sectors of marketing, it’s still worth contacting us, as we’ve successfully recruited lots of other senior level roles over the years in operations, sales, wellbeing and finance.

OUR FEES

Most headhunting firms are more expensive than recruitment agencies, but not us.  We will charge you the same fee levels as you would pay to a local high street recruitment agency.  With talent seeker, the fees range between 15% – 20% depending on the salary level, and we are happy to fix the % rate for exclusivity on your vacancies, which is what most of our clients choose.

Getting to know you and your business and building up a long-term, trusted and loyal partnership is the most important thing to us….as well as finding you great talent of course!
