Partnering with Talent Seeker is simple and flexible. You introduce us when one of your clients needs support with senior-level or hard-to-fill hiring, and we take care of the search from start to finish. You stay fully informed throughout the process, and once the placement is made and paid for, you receive your referral commission. You can choose to be as hands-on or hands-off as you wish, whether that’s co-presenting candidates, joining client briefings, or simply referring opportunities that align with our expertise.
