Unlike many headhunters, our fees are no higher than a typical recruitment agency—just far more effective. You only pay when we deliver, with no upfront costs or retainers. It’s a clear, success-based model that reflects the quality and focus of our headhunting approach.
Standard Fee Structure
We charge a percentage of the candidate’s annual salary, only once they’ve accepted the role and started. Our standard fee bands are:

15% for roles with a salary up to £29,999

17.5% for roles between £30,000 and £59,999

20% for roles with a salary of £60,000 and above
This flexible, success-only model means you don’t pay anything unless we deliver a successful hire. There are no upfront commitments or hidden extras—just a clear percentage tied to the level of the role.
Each search includes tailored outreach, candidate shortlisting, interview coordination, and offer management as part of our fee. We invest significant time and energy into every hire to make sure it’s the right fit—not just a quick placement.
Prefer to Work Exclusively?
We like to form trusted partnerships—and it shows. Around 85% of our clients choose to work with us exclusively, which allows us to prioritise their roles and dedicate even more focus to each search.
If you’re happy to partner with us exclusively, we’ll fix your fee at just 15%, regardless of salary level.
