For nearly 18 months now, we have partnered with the dynamic and change-driven HR Director at Winchester College.
The aim has been to support her in creating a highly effective and progressive HR function, in what has traditionally been a sector that can be resistant to change – highly prestigious and traditional private schooling.
Company Background
Winchester College is a world famous, independent boarding school in Hampshire for pupils aged 13-18, with a co-ed Sixth Form offering day places.
It was founded by William of Wykeham in 1382 as a feeder school for New College, Oxford, and has existed in its present location ever since.
The Position
We have recruited multiple HR roles for Winchester College and it has been a real pleasure and privilege to become an intrinsic part of their people strategy and growth plans.
Some of the HR roles we have headhunted for them have been HR Operations Manager, HR Director (FTC), HR Manager (Academic), HR Assistant and HR Administrator.

We undertook multiple, extensive headhunting campaigns, as well as liaising with our exceptional network of HR contacts across Hampshire and Dorset.
